The first bottom sections of the Hartman Class 500 have been laid at Rock Shipbuilding. This officially marks the start of the new vessel’s construction.
The Hartman Class 500 will have a lifting capacity of 500 tonnes and will be powered by the world’s most efficient four-stroke engine. In addition, the vessel will be able to sail emission-free at speeds of up to 11 knots.
With the Class 500, Hartman Seatrade is introducing its first vessel designed entirely in-house. At the same time, this will expand the fleet to eight vessels.
